I. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you as a natural person ("you", "your" or "user") and Turbofast.io ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Services") available at https://turbofast.io/ and various mobile platforms.
All documents that relate to the Services are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree with (do not accept) this Agreement, or if you do not agree with at least one of its provisions, you are not authorized to, and you may not access and/or use the Services.
II. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement within our Services. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
III. GENERAL TERMS
The Services are intended for general use and you agree to use them only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
IV. PRIVACY POLICY
We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy, available within the Services, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.
V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Services
- Copy or distribute any part of the Services
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Transfer your rights to any third party
VI. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Services
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate any person or entity
VII. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
We strive to maintain the availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our Services require compatible devices and internet access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature or part of our Services at any time.
VIII. CHARGES
Access to some services and/or additional features within the Apps requires paid subscriptions. The full list of Premium options and pricing is provided on the corresponding App's page on AppStore or Google Play. You will have an opportunity to try Premium options during the free trial period as provided on the signup screen. After the free trial period expires an auto-renewing subscription period will start on a regular basis.
Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans at any time.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription ends. Auto-renew option can be turned off in your Apple ID account settings / Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TURBOFAST.IO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

XI. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while preserving the remaining provisions.
