You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of that billing cycle.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for payments already made.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable subscription fee will be charged.
Customers are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s consumer protection requirements.
If a refund request is made within this 14-day period, we will review the request and process the refund where applicable.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
